Can you explain the last part of your image demographics? Its clear that some use one thing over the other… but WHAT exactly do the two color bars connect too here. Before that point there was no question what the infographic was portraying. I got to that point and started hunting for clues as to what these small business owners were using to attain these results.

So sorry (looks like we should have added a small legend there) – the last part compares data for 2009 (brown line) to 2010 (blue line).

Karen, does Blogger give you the option to paste HTML (is there an Edit HTML tab)? In WordPress for example, it’s a separate tab when drafting a post – to make sure that the HTML renders properly.

I too had a hard time understanding the difference between the brown and the blue. The first time you reference 2009 and 2010 is under the header “Social Media Growth;” you could perhaps assign the two colors to the two words at that point, in lieu of a legend. The other thing that’s not clear, though, is trying to figure out if brown and blue represent 2009 and 2010 every time they’re used – for example in the two-toned Facebook and Twitter logos under the “Social Media Results” header.
