This is a great well informed article i am on a quest to increase sales and efficiency in my IT Consulting business. Goals seem to be one of the most important things to increase the size and productivity of small business sometimes i feel like i am just spinning my wheels it is due to lack of goals and drive.

Shouldn’t you also be talking to your customers… managing your customers better. Don’t they say the 80% of your revenue comes from 20% of your customers? Why not focus on retaining your business??? Ultimately, think about CRM

Unfortunately I kind of have to plug Glasscubes at that point because it can also make point one much easier – ultimately if you can work much more closely with the people that provide value, then you can also save time and money.
