Yes, It is hard for us freelancers to deal with things like contracts, etc. At least it is for me. In a magical world I could just do the design and I would have a magical fairy that would take care of the administration side of things for me.

Absolutely createabit! It was written in 2008 so obviously some things are more updated today, but the general principles apply.

Very happy to share. I’ll be writing more e-books in this series, focusing on a number of issues important to designers and developers (not just legal issues). I’d like to do one e-book every month for the next 6 months. We’ll see if I can meet that goal.
